It is with great pleasure that I invite you to attend the first Semi-Annual Meeting of Open Source Matters, Inc. on Friday January 25, 2019 at 18:00 UTC, online in a dedicated channel on Glip.

You will be added by your Team Leader to the dedicated channel on Glip a few hours before the meeting.
I will share the Agenda of the Semi-Annual Meeting in the Glip channel on the meeting day.

The Semi-Annual Meeting will occur twice per year, just a few days before the Elections for the Board and is a time to review the status of the organisation with Community members.
It is also the perfect opportunity to present plans for the near future and to have direct communication with the Board of Directors and Officers that you elected.
This meeting is called pursuant Section 4.06(C) of the Bylaws of the corporation.
