Registered Joomla! User Groups are a great way for the Joomla user community to network and meet new friends in their city, region or country.  You can share your knowledge, help with the project or learn about using Joomla.

Please check to see if there is already a group in your area or country on the community site Joomla! User Group listings.

If not, you might want to consider to start one.

These are a some of requirements to being registered. (For more information please read our Joomla! User Group FAQ)

• Follow the naming structure: ex. Joomla! User Group Mars
• Comply to Joomla's policies on trademarks, logo, domain names etc...
• Choose a locality : ex. city, area, region or county
• Have a specific web page for your JUG information (may be a google group)
• Have two contact people in our database (A group is not one person - so the minimum is to have 2 members)
