To all the Members of Open Source Matters, Inc.
It is with great pleasure that I invite you to attend the Semi-Annual Meeting of Open Source Matters, Inc. on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 1:00 UTC, 9:00 UTC and 17:00 UTC.
For the first time, in order to increase the participation rate and the worldwide coverage, the Semi-Annual Members Meeting will be held into three different one-hour sessions.
The first two sessions (1.00 UTC and 9.00 UTC) will be dedicated to collect questions and discussion items. All the participants are heavily encouraged to post their questions in the specific boxes and propose their topic suggestions. One Board Member or a delegate would attend the session, coordinating the works.
The last session (17.00 UTC) will be the regular Semi-Annual Members Meeting, in which there will be the Semi-Annual Reports by President and Treasurer.
All the questions proposed during the previous sessions will be answered during the last session.
Secretary will prepare the meeting minutes incorporating all the questions & answers, together with all the other meeting topics.
If not done yet, you will be added by your Team Leader to the dedicated channel on Glip a few hours before the meeting.
The Agenda of the Semi-Annual Meeting will be shared in the Glip channel prior to the meeting day as well as the instructions on how to attend the call.
The Semi-Annual Meeting will occur twice per year and is a time to review the status of the organisation with Community members.
It is also the perfect opportunity to present plans for the near future and to have direct communication with the Board of Directors and Officers that you elected.
This meeting is called pursuant Section 4.06(C) of the Bylaws of the Corporation.
Members of Open Source Matters (Class 1, 2 and 3) as of September 25, 2021 will be entitled to attend this meeting.
Please mark your calendar and ensure your presence, to make this an important day for the future Joomla and Open Source Matters Inc.
Thank you
Kind regards,
Luca Marzo
Secretary
