- February 1, 2025 - New DC/Officer declared as sole candidate. Manifesto published and recommendations form opened.
- February 8, 2025 - Recommendations form closed
- February 9, 2025 - Recommendations published and ballots sent out.
- February 16, 2025 - Ballots close at 23.59 UTC
- February 17, 2025 - Results announced.
- March 24, 2025 - First day of New Term.

Being the current Department Coordinator the sole candidate, there will not be the recommendation phase and the Election Ballots will be sent out right after the announcement.

Notes:
- As per the Bylaws all Members (Class 3), Team Leaders (Class 2), Department Coordinators and Officers (Class 1) have the right to vote in the Officer's elections.
- Team Leaders (Class 2) and Team Members (Class 3) of the interested Department will vote for their Department Coordinator.
- According to the Bylaws (link below), existing Officers also vote for new Officer roles.
