• Subscribe to the Joomla Australia Youtube Channel to watch previous User Group Sessions. Joomla Australia ran continuously through the pandemic, and we have lots of session videos online.

It is with great pleasure that I invite you to attend the Semi-Annual Members Meeting of Open Source Matters, Inc. on Thursday, December 14, 2023.

There will be three sessions, to allow a greater degree of participation throughout the different timezones.

• Question collection session at 2:00 UTC
• Question collection session at 10:00 UTC
• Regular session at 18:00 UTC

Planned meeting time is 1 hour for each session.

If not done yet, you will be added by your Team Leader to the dedicated channel on Mattermost a few hours before the meeting.
The Agenda of the Semi-Annual Meeting will be shared in the Mattermost channel prior to the meeting day as well as the instructions on how to attend the call.

The Semi-Annual Meeting will occur twice per year and is a time to review the status of the organisation with Community members.
It is also the perfect opportunity to present plans for the near future and to have direct communication with the Board of Directors and Officers that you elected.
This meeting is called pursuant Section 4.06(C) of the Bylaws of the Corporation.

Members of Open Source Matters (Class 1, 2 and 3) as of December 01, 2023 will be entitled to attend this meeting.
