Aikido, a Japanese martial art based on the ethics of defence and self improvement is a sound way to develop a personal level of fitness and is an enjoyable pastime which can fit in with work, social and family life.Case Study: This was my first attempt at a Joomla site with no previous experience of content management systems.
Hopefully this site will show how easy it is to create content, create a site which can have distributed levels or permissions and event driven (for courses).
The site is maintained by several people across the UK and Joomla was perfect for setting this up.
