Description: The Metropolitan New York - New Jersey Chapter of the National Ice Hockey Officials Association is a charter member chapter of NIHOA founded in 1957. After the somewhat steep learning curve as a complete web novice, I was able to create a dynamic, database driven site that has been extremely well received by all of our users. The site uses a Joomlashack Optimus template.
