We update our portal daily ( a few times in a day).

We are a non–governmental organization and non-profit organization.

This site has been built using Joomla 1.5 with major and purge modification of the ja-rutile template.(Hardly recognized any ja-rutile elements) Eventually, most part of the site are using joomla native's module and layout, instead of ja-rutile template pattern. Reason why is to meet the structure need and fasten up the site loading time.
