Submission is free and deep links are allowed.Case Study: Directory is powered by joomla component SOBI2 with modification on component and featured listings module. For SEO url's and meta tags we are using SH404SEF component. Template design is my work, it's very light, just as complete website.

This should not be showing on the top of the 'highest rated' section - it's using Joomla! 1.0x for goodness sake!
