Description: Natural Bodybuilding, Diet & Fitness for the competitive natural athlete and fitness enthusiast. Bodybuilding and Fitness models, articles, fitness calculators and more.Case Study: Lift for Life was originally a static site built using Microsoft Frontpage. As the site grew (over 700 pages) I realized that I needed a superior content management system to manage content, improve look and feel and offer applications not available on a static site.
Due to poor table layout on the static side conversion was much more difficult and time consuming than I had expected but definitely worth the effort. My only regret is that I did not convert sooner.
