Description: California Strength is a nationally recognized weight-training and athletic conditioning facility located in the California's Bay Area. The site has an active community of over 2300 users participating in the training forums and video libraries. The site also serves as a complete weight-training store with a catalogue of over 1000 products, including their own brand of sports nutrition supplements.Case Study: The Problem:
CaliforniaStrength.com was in need of a complete overhaul- which was a hosted Yahoo cart containing over 200 urls and receiving about 5000 unique visitors per month. They wanted to rebuild the site from the ground up to include a full-service E-commerce store, User forum, and scalable Video library to host the hundreds of videos currently only accessible on YouTube. And, the new site should be launched without loosing traffic or sales.
