Description: Destinations Salon and Spa provides hair care for the whole family, luxurious spa treatments to melt away your worries, manicures and pedicures, skin care and body waxing, make-up application, massage and a full line of beauty supplies.Case Study: We wanted to created a different Joomla look, one that was a little more "open" than the typical Joomla template. So, we started with a simple Artisteer template (meaning only a top menu and footer placed at the top and bottom) and changed the css to fit our needs. The sheet is almost transparent and scrolls over the fixed background image. We used the excellent mod_sprogooglefontapimodule to add drop shadow and definition to the text.With a critical use and placement of Flash, both inside news slider module and on the pages themselves, we achieved the look we wanted, a refreshing and relaxing presentation of the client's products and services.
