Description: The electronic government research center in beirut - Lebanon launched its web portal using latest Joomla release. The portal which aims to educate Arab audience on electronic governance issues was received by the public in a very positive way. Currently, the portal has hundreds of registered users and it is offering its services for free covering the following areas:

2 - Portal
3 - Government Middleware
4 - Security for eGovernment
5 - Social Impact of eGovernment

Joomla was a great choice especially it supported Arabic and RTL in a perfect way.
