Description: High school library website. Newton North High School is a public high school in Newton, Massachusetts.Case Study: Site was originally designed with Joomla 1.0, converted to 1.5 about a year ago. The library has been using "pathfinders" for many years before the creation of the joomla site. These were imported into categories. Joomla is a great platform for integrating web 2.0 in a high school setting. Optimus theme from Joomlashack. Extensions include JVC Editor, Mad Blanks for surveys and polls, JEvents for the library schedule, and Community Builder. Students access library databases by logging in to the site from home.
