I developed this site for Dartmouth in late '07. It's built on a 1.0 platform and while everyone is happy w/ the design and the team have been thrilled to use it, I'm apprehensive about moving the site to 1.5 in spite of the urgent need to do so (we recently suffered a SQL injection attack). We're running a highly modified version of DocMan as well as a significantly tweaked set of core files (including some custom work on the JCE wysiwyg engine -- I love working w/ JCE!), and it would be a major pain to rewrite all of that for 1.5.
This site is a great example of design and functionality from Joomla. I'm jealous!
