CloudAccess.net created this template from a Custom PSD made by our internal design staff. We call our method the real design process. Through the real design process you first draw a Photo Shop version of the site in layers and get approval from the client on the views. The client is provided pdf or jpg views of what the template will look like. This process happens between artist and customer. After we complete the design process with approval from client our front end Joomla coders bolt the design work to the gantry framework. We do this live with the client watching every move we make. We provide the same services with custom applications.
We had a great time building this with Ricky and his team from Notre Dame. Ricky has some powerful planning and Ideas. I was happy to see the final result of both of our teams work.

Very impressed with this website, great attention to detail - love the subtle ornamentation on the hover state for the main menu links.
