Description: The Good Boat Company is based at City Marina in Norwich, on the Norfolk Broads. Our main business is hiring out broads cruisers for boating holidays. We also hire out fishing boats and picnic boats for those who want to explore the surrounding waterways. We currently have just the three boats, Isabelle, Gertrude, and C'est La Vie, but we're hopeing to increase the fleet to seven boats in time for next season. We also operate a small chandlers at the boatyard, so please pop in for any boat related supplies. The site also includes a boating guide to the Norfolk, which is currently under development.Case Study: The site was built using Joomla 1.5 from the start. The main plugings and modules I've used are aiContactSafe (I got fed up with the spam!), section/category meta and xmap for SEO (I've used the standard Joomla SEF). I also installed Gallery View to add a bit of glitz to the boat profiles (not used yet) and the ebay seller module to show off some of my auction items. Its still a work in progress, but it is finding customers for me!
