Description: Longshoot Properties have been letting and looking after properties for over 10 years. They have a reputation for providing a high quality, friendly, personal service to both tenants and landlords. As well as offering full management, they also offer a Finders Fee, Property Refurbishment, Insurance, Accounting, Energy Performance Certificates and Deposit Protection Scheme.

They are based at Nuneaton, in the Midlands.Case Study: We were approached by our friends at R&G Design, who needed an affordable real estate solution for their client. R&G already had already designed the site and spec'd the work. We though that Joomla! & HotProperty would be ideal.

So, from cutting up the design & using template overrides for HotProperty and some other standard Joomla! bits, we delivered the live site in just under 30 hours.

The end client is very happy with the site & we can see from the new properties being added that they are using it to drive their business forward.
