Description: North Idaho real estate broker Beutler & Associates commissioned this portal site to showcase their properties in Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls and the North Idaho area.Case Study: The Thinkery built a custom Joomla real estate component that populates a database from an MLS feed using an hourly cron script, and serves the real estate listings to agent websites via web services.
This enables a single broker to allow potentially hundreds of agents to share its listing data, while maintaining control of the data centrally, and restricting access easily if an agent leaves or is fired.
Includes custom Google Maps, Street View, schools data, WalkScore data, custom PDF flyer generation, customized SEO including keywords and description tags tailored per property, full admin capabilities to feature properties or agent, menu items for property categories (eg. bank owned, waterfront, etc.) and more.
