At the begining it was a bit difficult to learn about Joomla but we made it and run now a multilanguage web site, easy to update for Japanese employees.
The bad points are:
- No easy in content builder language selection
- Image referencing is very difficult, even with a SEO friendly image site map.
- Template and module management could be better
