Description: A site for business consulting company Megaherts. Site includes sub-domain kinnisvara.megaherts.ee, featuring Joomla real-estate component Joomla Estate Agency.Case Study: A relatively easy-looking site turned out to be a bit more complicated, when starting to work on the subdomain kinnisvara.megaherts.ee . Sub-domain needed its own version of the site's general design. After playing around with Template Manager, we still settled for two separate Joomla installs in the end.

Real-estate catalogue was based on Joomla Estate Agency 3rd party component, seen in action here: http://kinnisvara.megaherts.ee/otsi/keskkond/otsi . Heavy modification of the component was needed due to specific instructions from the client.
