Description: Somuga, a Basque animation company, approached 4Web Inc. to create a fully open source website to feature their cartoon, the Howoldies.Case Study: Using Joomla 1.7, a custom HTML 5 template based on designs the client provided, games downloaded from HTML 5 site, and the videos the client provided, the site was recently launched. We also included a commenting extension on the site, so visitors are able to comment on articles, as well as vote on the videos and games available.
The site features three languages, including English, Spanish, and Basque. The client is working on translating Joomla 1.7 to Basque and will donate the resulting language pack back to the Joomla project.
If someone says all Joomla sites look the same, this is a great one to show them.
