Why is the userid of the first user always 62?

New installed Joomla (and Mambo) websites always start with user id=62 (in the user table jos_user).
Why does it not start with id=1?

If you believe in Numerology then the following calculation explains it all:

a d m i n i s t r a t o r
1 + 4 + 13 + 9 + 14 + 9 + 19 + 20 + 18 + 1 + 20 + 15 + 18 =
1 + 4 + 4 + 9 + 5 + 9 + 1 + 2 + 9 + 1 + 2 + 6 + 9 = 62

If you believe in Mathematics then you would notice that the calculation above should, in fact, result in 8.

And for the ones who don't believe all of the above, please believe Andrew Eddie: it's a legacy issue!

  5. Magic done.
  6. Can you make it so the first user's username is a conflation of first and last names randomly drawn from a big name list and the user ID is some kind of numerological computation predicting how many days before the next Joomla release? Extra points for use of Gematria, Kabballah, and the Nag Hammadi tablets concerning the earliest known server-side scripting language.
