Hannes Papenberg
Hannes Papenberg is a student of IT engineering and mathematics in the nice city of Münster (Germany). Being only 24 years young, he already worked two years in the student government at his university and fought against tuition fees. ("Free" does not stop at "Free Software" ;) )
He joined the Joomla! project in early September 2005 after a brief encounter with Mambo, helping out in areas like documentation and the forum, which ultimately lead to him joining the Google Summer of Code project in 2006. After completing his GSoC project, he joined the Joomla! Development Working Group and has since helped in fixing bugs and bringing Joomla! further.
