This is an announcement that we are raising the bar. As of June 1st, 2015, few days ago, we are dropping all support for Joomla 2.5 and PHP 5.3. Anyone still on those deprecated versions will not be able to use our new Joomla extension versions or receive support. Here's why.
Now that our site is live, we can start on a round of beta testing for Butler and Tuxedo. We're especially curious to see how they perform on different hosting setups. We'll also be monitoring our backend systems, to ensure all the moving parts are working as expected.
Tuxedo is our drop-in theme framework and the first product built with our Butler framework. It's lightweight, void of config options and infinitely extendible. Oh and it's fast. Like really really fast.
Butler has come a long way since we first mentioned it, some 18 months ago. It has matured into a robust, modular framework with some useful components. This post explains the motivation behind each of the components, including the pain-points they attempt to solve.
Two years in the making, our initial products and site are online! Now comes the fun part of unveiling all the cool stuff we've been working on. To say we're excited is an understatement of epic proportions.
