It was a dark and stormy night many years ago...and a small boy gazed in wonderment at the eerie glow of the burning slag dumps along the banks of the heavily polluted Monongahela River as it flowed Northward towards its terminus at the then "Steel Capital of the World." As he pondered the future, little did he realize that he would eventually become a small cog in the machinery of onrushing technology....

HarryB is a long time Joomla! community member who has been knocking around the IT industry since the days of punched cards and magnetic tapes. He has spent most of his career as a network systems engineer fooling with stuff like protocols, routing, flow control, and other just as boring networking arcania. His major contribution to the Joomla! Community to date has been taking few minutes to produce a Joomla! 1.5 native mode version of rhuk's ubiquitous Solarflare II template.

In the real world, HarryB has a more than passing interest in pickup trucks, country music, open source software, and genealogy. He, his first wife and two terrible terriers live in Northern Virginia about 20 miles west of Washington, DC.
