Joomla Resources Directory - Take a Test Drive

In January we asked for community comment about a concept for a new site that will allow us to connect people in the Joomla community providing services with people seeking those services. The response was encouraging and thoughtful. On that basis of that feedback a new site, called the Joomla Resources Directory, will soon be unveiled. But before we do that we need your help.
We will be taking submissions to help test the new web site prior to it's official launch. We are looking for people who do Joomla as a business: consultants, trainers, SEO specialists, extension developers and template clubs. We are looking for people who host web sites that provide news, information or tutorials that interests the Joomla community. Other examples of what we are looking for are companies or businesses that provide Joomla related support services such as web hosting, SAAS solutions and legal consulting.
In your email, please include:
* Your name.
* Your company name.
* The type of service or resource you provide.
* The country in which you are based.
* The url of your website that you are submitting.
* Your forum name if you have one. If you don't have one we suggest you sign up for one.

We will not be accepting any submissions that do not include all of the above information.
Above all, you must also be prepared to work with the JRD team to tune and iron out any operational issues regarding the site. Once invitiations are sent out we will do a follow up blog post to let you know and open up a JRD forum for you to post your inital feedback.
We expect a lot of submissions, so we will be limiting the the submission time frame to 72 hours ending at Thursday, May 21, 2009 at 20:00:00 UTC. It may take some time for you to be notified, with further instructions, if your submission is approved, so please be patient.

It good to see that joomla community is growing and new ideas are poping up, this is how the community has to be, very active and always come together for some thing new.
